Solisvaw is a premium leather label with one simple rule: we make every jacket ourselves. From the first cut of the hide to the final finishing touch, each piece is crafted in our own production unit — never outsourced, never handed to a third-party factory.

Our own production unit
We run our own manufacturing. Cutting, stitching, hardware and finishing all happen under one roof, by our own team, so we control quality at every step.

Premium leather only
We select premium hides for feel, strength and character — leather that softens with wear and ages beautifully instead of cracking or peeling.

Top-quality finishing
Clean edges, even stitching, smooth zips and carefully finished seams. Every jacket is inspected by hand before it is packed.

Lab-certified leather
We provide lab certification of our leather, so you know exactly what you are wearing. Genuine leather — tested, documented and certified.
Why we never outsource
Most fashion brands design a jacket and send it to whichever factory is cheapest. We chose the harder path. Because we own our production unit, nothing about your jacket is left to chance: we choose the leather, we cut it, we stitch it and we finish it. That is how we keep our quality consistent — and our prices honest, with no middlemen in between.
From hide to hanger
How a Solisvaw jacket is made
- Hide selection — premium leather is chosen for grain, thickness and colour.
- Lab certification — the leather is tested and certified by a laboratory.
- Pattern & cutting — panels are cut by our own craftsmen to the Solisvaw pattern.
- Stitching & assembly — seams, lining and hardware are assembled in-house.
- Finishing — edges, zips and surfaces are hand-finished to our standard.
- Final inspection — every jacket is checked before it leaves our unit.
